Features of supercritical extraction
The technology of supercritical extraction has been widely used in the hemp extraction industry, and has become the mainstream extraction method of the world. It uses supercritical CO2 as a solvent to extract CBD components from hemp. In the whole extraction process, CO2 is in the supercritical state of low temperature and high pressure, so the damage to the active components is very small. When the extraction is done, CO2 returned to the gaseous state through the adjustment of temperature and pressure in the separation kettle, and complete the of separation product and recovery of solvent.
It has the following advantages:
1) The extraction and separation is completed in one operation in about 1.5 to 2 hours, so the efficiency is very high;
2) The running cost is low with the recyclable CO2 as the solvent;
3) The CBD component in the extracted product is highly concentrated, makes it easier for the followed-up purification and separation;

The molecular distillation equipment is customized according to customers' needs. The involvement of molecular distillation equipment greatly improves the purity of CBD, that is, more than 60% of the CBD concentrate can be obtained. The yield can reach to more than 90%.
